CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds:

Refunds, minus a $100 cancellation fee, are available for cancellations made on or before September 26th, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.

 

Registration Changes:

Changes to registration types (e.g., switching from a full conference pass to a one-day pass) are permitted until September 26th, 2025, with a $50 modification fee. After this date, no registration changes will be accepted.

 

Delegate Substitutions:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another delegate at any time. A $50 substitution fee applies to all delegate changes.
